World wide Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of the Immaculate Conception

One of the fundamental characteristics of the Immaculate Heart of the Immaculate Conception is the state of being a child of Divine Love. Our Precious Mother takes immense delight in her children when their hearts have been set ablaze with Divine Love. When a child's heart is filled with Divine Love, a close resemblance and a profound bond arises between the Mother and her son or daughter.

     Our Holy Mother desires to establish devotion to her Immaculate Heart—kindled by Divine Love and radiating the Beautiful Rays of Immaculate Love that emanate from the “Apple Blossoms of Paradise” encircle Her Heart. The purpose of this devotion is to cultivate Divine Love within the child's heart; by fostering this, Our Holy Mother ensures that the relationship of Divine Love she shares with the child remains ever close and preserved. It is almost as if Our Holy Mother reserves this child for herself, for she takes immense delight in him when his or her heart is imbued with Divine Love.

       Devotion to Our Holy Mother’s Immaculate Heart will take place inside her Heart, not outside of it. And, this is so because we are children of Divine Love, whose dwelling place is permanently within Her Heart. It is fitting to visualize the Immaculate Heart of our Precious Mother as something small and exalted inside Her Heart, from which beautiful rays of Immaculate Love flow forth and pour down upon us as we recite the prayers.

     This is good because such a representation closely mirrors the reality of what takes place in the spiritual world when we recite the prayer of this devotion. The Heart of our Precious Mother is worthy of infinite devotion of the most beautiful kind—something we find impossible to offer fully. Nevertheless, what we “can” do is offer to the Heart of Our Holy Mother the most beautiful praise and devotion that our own hearts can provide.

My heart's praise is in exaltation to you,

Because I have the privilege of rejoicing, 

in thy Beautiful Immaculate Heart;

and of immersing myself in your Beautiful Rays of Immaculate Love.

I am filled with a wonderful joy, 

of experiencing being strengthened by your Love

that radiates an ever-growing splendor of clemency; 

inexhaustible Love without a price.

Your heart is a treasure that I am honored to possess,

With its Beautiful fire of Divine Love.

and by basking in the warmth of this fire, which is elation unending,

May it transform my heart into the likeness of Yours.

That will enable us to share a relationship of happiness without end.

May I never be deprived for even an instant of the delight of your Immaculate Heart.

So that in union with you,

we may enjoy the bliss of the Cathedral of Love forever. Amen.
